The analysis “Negative opinions of the government and censorship tend to correlate with positive or neutral opinions on sexual taboos (oral sex)” is correct:
80% of the subjects (8/12) are ok with oral sex.
There are 8 subjects that are Anti-gov and Anti-gfw (1, 2, 5, 7 and 12).
100% of them are ok with oral sex.
It is more than the average, we can say that there is a positive correlation.

But from this fact, it’s impossible to get the conclusion: “clear indication that those who buy into governmental rhetoric are also more heavily influenced by societal norms in general (oral sex)”.
To get this conclusion, we should rather study the “Government rhetoric buyers”.

I did it:
There are 4 subjects that are Pro-gov or Pro-gfw (4, 6 8 and 11).
75% are ok with oral sex.
Since this figure is no “heavily” difference with the average (80%), we can not say that there is a “clear” correlation (either positive or negative)…

I don’t say that the conclusion is wrong, i just say that we can not clearly get it from the data of the 12 interviews…

Jack,you HAVE TO bring us more data!
(and, who knows, if you do enough interviews you may eventually discover a subject with a “thing for virgins” )
